No. Redeeming a voucher for AGNATs inside your Digital Cluster™ is completely free of charge.

Can I give my voucher to someone else?
Yes. You can transfer your unused voucher to another person. They will need to create their own Digital Cluster™ to redeem it and receive AGNATs in their own account. Please note: a small transfer fee of 0.51% of the voucher’s value (minimum €0.51) applies to cover processing and security verification.

How long is a voucher valid?
AGNAT Gift Vouchers are valid for at least 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused vouchers can also be returned for a refund within 365 days, giving you complete flexibility.

Can I return a voucher?
Yes. By law, unused vouchers can usually be returned within 14 days. However, AGNAT goes further: we allow returns of any unused AGNAT Gift Voucher for a refund up to 365 days after purchase.
Are there any fees for refunds?
Yes. A standard administrative handling fee of 0.51% of the voucher’s value (minimum €0.51) is deducted from the refund amount to cover operational costs.
How do I request a refund for a voucher?
Simply contact our support team with your voucher details and proof of purchase. Refunds are normally processed using the same payment method you used when purchasing the voucher, whenever possible. If you decide to permanently close your Digital Cluster™ and discontinue your participation in the AGNAT platform, you may request that the refund be sent to a different bank account in your name. In this case, you will need to provide verified account details for security and compliance purposes.

How do I redeem a voucher for AGNATs?

Log in to your Digital Cluster™, browse the available AGNAT collections, select the items you want, and apply your voucher. The AGNATs will be added instantly to your Digital Cluster™.

Can I exchange AGNATs with other collectors?

Yes. You can exchange AGNATs directly between Digital Clusters™ — instantly, securely, anywhere in the world. This is a collectible transfer, not a financial transaction.

Is there any limit to how many AGNATs I can collect or exchange?

No. You can collect, hold, and exchange as many AGNATs as you wish, as long as you follow the platform’s Terms of Use and fair-collection rules.

# LEGAL & SECURITY

Is AGNAT regulated like a bank or financial service?

Yes. By law, unused vouchers can usually be returned within 14 days. However, AGNAT goes further: we allow returns of any unusedNo. AGNAT is not a bank, broker, or payment service. We do not hold or transfer money between users. We provide a digital collectible platform with vouchers as prepaid credits used solely for acquiring AGNATs.

Are my AGNATs secure?

Yes. All AGNATs are recorded on our cluster service technology, providing transparency, authenticity, and verifiable ownership. Your Digital Cluster™ is secured with industry-standard protection.

Do you comply with consumer protection laws?

Yes. We fully comply with applicable consumer rights, including refund and cooling-off periods where required, and we extend these protections with our own 365-day refund policy for unused vouchers.

What about anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements?

We design our platform to avoid functioning as a money transfer service. Refunds are only processed for original buyers using original payment channels. Vouchers and AGNATs cannot be redeemed for cash except through the lawful refund process for unused vouchers.
